Account Executive

Own the full sales cycle for ZeroPath, from first meeting to close. Sell into engineering and security teams at companies replacing legacy AppSec tooling with AI-native scanning.

About the Role

ZeroPath is replacing entire AppSec stacks (Snyk, Semgrep, Checkmarx) with a single AI-native platform. Engineering teams are buying because we find vulnerabilities their existing tools miss, with dramatically less noise. As an early AE, you will own the full sales cycle: running discovery calls, leading technical demos alongside customer engineers, navigating multi-stakeholder deals across security and engineering, and closing contracts. You will sell into a market that is actively looking for a better solution, backed by real proof points (150+ bugs in curl, RSAC finalist, Fortune 500 customers).

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract
  • Run discovery calls to understand customer security pain points, tooling gaps, and buying processes
  • Lead product demos and collaborate with customer engineers on technical evaluations
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across CISOs, VP Engineering, AppSec leads, and procurement
  • Build and manage pipeline in CRM, maintaining accurate forecasts
  • Provide market feedback to product and engineering teams on competitive positioning and feature requests

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling technical products to engineering or security teams
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical value propositions around application security
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills: you can map pain to product value quickly
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling AppSec, DevSecOps, or developer tooling (Snyk, Semgrep, Wiz, Veracode)
  • Background selling into CISO or VP Engineering personas
  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup (Series A or earlier)
